After it was announced that Athletico will be particpating in P.E.P IV, the front office rebranded the team as part of the agreement for their continued involvement with the P.E.P.

Athletico refused to play Evangelion in the final match of P.E.P I and were punished with the removal of their P.E.P status and banned from participating in P.E.P III. Now that they have served the time for their crime, A.S.C are back in the Pro Evo Project.

One of the conditions that Athletico be invited back was the 'firing' of Brock Hazuki as Manager. Joe Pro (a very competent Manager with several years with the Football Manager Affiliate Program) has now been placed in charge of first team affairs.
