Carpe Diem

Carpe Diem were formed in 2006 as part of an expansion exercise and made their debut in P.E.P III.

They are managed by George, an eccentric yet very charismatic Englishman. He is a man fiercely driven by the desire to succeed and provided huge entertainment in his press conferences when he announced his arrival. Nicknamed ‘The Patriots’ because of George’s love affair with old Blighty, Carpe Diem will be looking to learn some lessons from their first P.E.P appearance.

They failed to register a single victory in the eight games - although if it wasn’t for a last minute equaliser by Fisico in the first round of matches, then they would have had a perfect start. However, they pushed eventual Champions of P.E.P III; Shanghai close in both their matches and feel that one year on, they are better equipped to challenge for honours.

If you want your team to play for pride, passion and glorified failure then look no further! George will be hoping he can add a little bit of skill and guile to the work ethic he has instilled in his side and will be looking for his first victory in P.E.P IV.

Carpe Diem has a very partisan and loyal fan base who together with the Manager, believe the good times are just around the corner!
